Shipping & Delivery

Goods being dispatched to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland (apart from the Scottish Highlands) which are in stock in the UK warehouse where possible will be dispatched on a next day delivery service. Customers will receive an email or text notification when their goods have been dispatched with a one hour time slot for delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to addresses containing PO Box numbers.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland can take up to two working days and incur a higher carriage cost.

For deliveries outside of the UK, please call for a quote.

Please report any non delivery within 3 days of receiving a dispatch text or email.

Please note that AeroBowls shall have no liability for any delivery which has been delayed as a result of an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


Returns & Replacements

The AeroBowls Returns and Refunds Policy applies to customers who have purchased goods directly from AeroBowls UK Limited.
Please note that this policy does not apply to customers purchasing AeroBowls products from another organisation such as a Bowls Retailer, Sports Shop or through another medium such as eBay. In this instance, please refer to the terms and conditions and return and refund policy of the organisation that you have purchased the goods from. They do also not apply to customers purchasing Goods in the course of business.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive incorrect damaged or faulty product(s), please contact AeroBowls on 01638 721849 to arrange for a refund, repair or replacement. In this instance, where the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged, we will be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods and will reimburse you where appropriate. Refunds (whether full or partial, including reductions in price) will be issued within 14 Calendar Days of the day on which we agree that you are entitled to the refund.


Cancelling or Exchanging your Order

You are entitled to cancel an order for goods within a ‘cooling off period’. This period begins once your order is placed and ends 14 calendar days from the day you receive your ordered goods.

Please note that you may lose your legal right to cancel and return the Goods if the Goods are made to order, tailor-made or personalised.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel or exchange, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days. Cancellation by email or by post is effective from the date on which you contact us. The Goods must then be returned to us with all original packaging and labels as sold, must be clean, undamaged and unused. The value of the refund may be reduced if the value of the Goods has been reduced by the above criteria not being met. Please include with your returned Goods, your name, address, phone number and invoice details.

Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of you contacting us on 01638 721849 where we will give you a returns number. Our returns address is AeroBowls, c/o Big Web Warehouse, Unit A Harrier Park, Southgate Way, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, Cambs, PE2 6YQ. Please ensure you use a company with a tracking service. Goods that are not received by AeroBowls cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The return postage will be your responsibility unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Should you wish to opt for an exchange rather than a refund, then postage to send the new exchanged item to you will be at your own cost. This will be quoted to you at the point of exchange.

Please note that our Returns and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights


Viewing Orders

You can view all pending orders including old orders already delivered form the "My Account" section of the site. A link direct to this page can be found in the top right hand corner of the site. From this section you can also see shipping consignment numbers to track your order.


Updating Account Information

You can update your account information at any time by visiting the My Account section of the website (look for the link at top-right of any page). Select "Personal Information" to update your password. To update your billing address, please visit "Address Book" link on the left navigation once you have logged into your account.
