Team Aero World & Gold Medal Champions
Kelvin is an Australian and World Champion bowler and has been recognised in the Australia Day Honours List with the medal of the Order of Australia. Kelvin was awarded for his service to lawn bowls as a player, coach and mentor of junior bowlers and those with a disability, as well as being an ambassador for lawn bowls in Australia and overseas. Having played since the age of 13 after overcoming a debilitating illness as a child, Kelvin has become one of the most successful lawn bowlers in Australia, and indeed the world. Kelvin is currently a State Representative for Queensland and is the only player to win 4 Golden Nugget titles.
Julie has played in over 100 test matches for Australia, is a Fit4Bowls ambassador, and a Healthy Heart Champion for the Heart Foundation. In 2011 she was one of two finalists up for Bowls Australia’s Female Bowler of the Year, and in 2010 she was nominated for Hyundai Queensland Sportswoman of the year award. Julie began playing bowls in 2000 and is currenlty a State Representative for the New South Wales.
Brett Wilkie is an Australian and World Champion bowler. Currently ranked number 2 in the World, Brett will have the chance to improve his ranking when he represents Australia in the 2012 World Champion of Champions Singles event to be held in Cyprus during October. Brett won this title in 2009 and will be one of the contenders again for this year’s event.

Rowan is a two time World Champion bowler representing New Zealand for 25 consecutive years, playing in six Commonwealth Games and six World Championships as well as 25 Trans Tasman series. Since moving full time to Australia, Rowan is now the head coach at Cabramatta Bowling Club and regarded as one of the leading players in New South Wales.
Sam Laguzza has played 322 Tests for NSW and is third on the list of most matches played. He has also played 28 matches representing NSW in the Senior (60 years and over) State Side. Sam announced his retirement from all representative bowls after the 2011 Australian Senior Sides Championship but still intends to play at the highest level that he can. He currently plays for Swansea 16s Men's Bowling Club in NSW.
